All Roads Led To Hell’s Kitchen

When Dan first asked Duane about doing a podcast, Duane suggested that instead of Moon Knight, maybe we should look at Daredevil.

Dan resisted, mostly because he knew just how much bigger a task that was.

But it was a matter of when, not if!

Marvel had resurrected the Daredevil Netflix series, and was heading for a late-2024 or early-2025 release on Disney+. Duane had loved the original Charlie Cox Daredevil episodes, but had never really read any of the comics. So away we went, into nearly 100 episodes filled with comic history and bad romantic decisions by our leading man.

Our initial format consisted of one episode each year, with the first half being a discussion of the year in comics, and the second half being a look at Daredevil’s stories for that year. For a number of years we needed to break that into two episodes, with the first being on comic history, and the second being DD focused.
